ALL Sales are Final Fandy Candy boxes are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.
Late Package arrivals. Fandy Candy Boxes is not liable for late packages due to the impact of COVID-19. We ships all orders via priority mail and depending on where a customer lives/located it can take up to 4 business days once shipped by USPS but due to COVID-19 that may impact the delivery time. Once the order is shipped we do our best we can do by shipping it out but it is shipped through USPS and they may have unexpected challenges that may exceed the delivery time to a customer not related to us and is not in our control.
Package Sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address when filling out at check out, you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. We are not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer and we will not refund or reship any orders shipped back for insufficient addressed since it is the consumers responsibility to enter their full and complete address.
Late Delivery of Order
We are not liable or responsible for packages that arrive late due to customer error. Fandy Candy does not accept any responsibility for incomplete shipping addresses, which can cause your package to arrive late. We will attempt to reach out to the customer via email. After we reached out via email to the customer we reserve the right to cancel the order/s and customer waives any claims to the order/s and will not hold liable as it was the customers mistake.
If the packaged is delivered to the address listed on the shipping address and USPS states it is delivered as all packages are tracked Fandy Candy will not refund the product and is not liable for lost/stolen or damaged products.
If the Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Fandy Candy Boxes at Fandycandyboxes@gmail.com . The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise there's no further action that can be done to to resolve the issue. Please include order# and full name when contacting us.
We are not responsible for any allergies/injuries. Ingredients may contain soy/gluten/nuts or any other ingredient that may cause an allergy.
Cancellations
We reserves the right to cancel any order due to 1. fraudulent orders or 2. Glitches on our websites (which we are currently having as it is allowing customers to place international orders, which we will cancel and this is the only time besides fraudulent orders that we will issue a refund and cancel the order). Once we ships an order we will not issue a refund since ALL SALES ARE FINAL. with the above exceptions listed in 1 & 2.
Damaged Products
We are not liable or responsible if the product gets damaged due to the mailing process. There are NO REFUNDS (as ALL SALES ARE FINAL) for damaged products as there is noway that can verify the information. We send all products in a bubble mailer and ALL products are pre-packaged when boxed and mailed out to the customer.
